About Thom
Thom is active both as a practitioner and through his involvement in (clinical) research. He trains clients one-to-one, teaches group classes on health, longevity, and movement, and is a certified coach with specializations in strength training, mobility, breathwork, and exercise physiology.
His passion and expertise stem from his ability to build bridges between seemingly distant worlds of knowledge. During his time in the Netherlands, Thom had the remarkable opportunity to work as a strength and conditioning coach for the Dutch women's eight rowing team, known as Project 2020. He coached the team until his move to Switzerland two and a half years later. (Article: Dutch women's eight Project 2020)
With a master's in neuroscience, active research projects, and his own platform, he provides real-world applications that enhance sleep, stress management, brain health, and overall well-being.
Recently, a new collaboration has emerged that combines 3D soundscapes with breathwork, meditation, and brain entrainment protocols.
About Divina
Divina's mission is to help people reawaken their innate connection to nature. She combines her educational background in ecology with her passion for art and photography to make this process tangible, and allow for new solutions to arise.
Currently, she is supporting the work of the Right Livelihood Centre at the University of Zurich, where her commitment to sustainable development, environmental justice, and peace finds a meaningful platform. Her part-time work as a Waldspielgruppenleiterin brings another layer of inspiration: seeing the world anew through the eyes of children, with curiosity, openness, and playfulness. In addition, she is deepening her understanding of holistic and nature-based approaches through ongoing education in nature pedagogy and Reiki.
Divina deeply believes that change begins within. By cultivating inner peace and reproducing the beauty we encounter, we become better equipped to co-create the world we wish to live in. Because taking care of the earth is taking care of ourselves.
