In our fast-paced world, it's more important than ever to reawaken our innate connection to nature.
"Knowing is the key to caring, and with caring, there is hope that people will be motivated to take positive actions."
— Dr. Sylvia A. Earle (Marine Biologist and Ocean Conservationist)
All around us, countless intricate interactions are shaping our ecosystems. Learning about these dynamics helps us understand how to protect and conserve the living networks that support our planet.
Our mission is to transform scientific knowledge into tangible, playful, practical and engaging courses for people of all ages and backgrounds.

The Grounded - Listening deeply
We live in a noisy world, where we may have forgotten the art of stillness and the simple act of listening to nature's intrinsic wisdom.
Through guided reflections, quiet observation, and time spent outdoors in your local environment, this course invites you to slow down and reconnect with the subtle rhythms that sustain life.
Rooted in the understanding that our personal health is not separate from the health of the Earth, because we are the Earth, this course explores how calming the busyness of the mind opens us to a state of deep listening and harmony with life. We are made of non-human elements — water, air, soil, and sunlight — and when these elements change, so do we. There is no separation: caring for the Earth is caring for ourselves. When we see this clearly, ecological action is no longer a duty, but a natural expression of love. Thích Nhất Hạnh (Zen master and peace teacher)
